Baltur has positioned itself as a pillar in the transition to renewable energy, promoting solutions that reflect our vision for a sustainable future.

Baltur has developed an S.M.E. Emissions Monitoring System. with continuous recording to simplify control of the performance of the thermal unit. The system, compatible with the Italian legislation in force, in addition to simple monitoring, allows the active management of the machines to maximize their performance.
The Emissions Monitoring System is compatible with all Baltur burners. Active Control is compatible with all Baltur models with electronic control.
The management methods of the Continuous Emission Monitoring (EMS) systems and the quality of the analytical performances are regulated by the Legislative Decree. 152/06 – “Consolidated Environmental Law”, and by Legislative Decree 133/2008 – “Implementation of Directive 2000/76/EC, regarding waste incineration” which – in addition to the daily emission limits (ELV) of each pollutant per family of fixed emission source – include the management methods of the instruments used in this type of measurement.
Baltur: process certifications
Baltur is among the first companies in the sector to obtain the certification of the company Quality System in Italy, in 1994, according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 standards. In 2003 it adopted the ISO 9001:2000 management, which further focuses attention on company processes.
In 2009 the Quality Management System obtained compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard, adding the marketing of solar thermal energy systems to its activities. In 2018 Baltur obtained the Quality Management System Certification according to the UNI-EN-ISO 9001:2015 regulation, introducing the risk management approach for the design, implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System. Quality is certified on individual products according to strict international regulations. At the end of 1990 Baltur obtained Production Quality Assurance from the German Notified Body DVGW in relation to the Conformity of the Tested Sample, according to the Gas Directive 90/396/EEC and subsequent 2009/142/EC, and the Boiler Efficiency Directive 92/42/EC, a procedure that guarantees a safe product, tested by the TÜV in Cologne and approved according to strict standards imposed by the European Commission. This involves obtaining a series of CE Certificates for all product families. For non-European approvals, Baltur certified the burners at the Russian GOST and, after the year 2014, its continuation EAC, as well as the Turkish TSE and the Korean KGS, as well as being certified in China and Ukraine with the entire series of burners.
Since 2022, following Brexit, Baltur has obtained the UKCA mark for the United Kingdom.
